Dear Parent Community,
We’re excited to invite local families to a free caregiver seminar hosted at Illumination Learning Studio, focused on one of the most common (and challenging!) parts of parenting—sleep.
Join ABA Centers of Washington for an informative, practical session on how sleep works, why it can be especially challenging for children, and strategies you can start using right away to support your family. Sleep routines don’t have to feel so overwhelming.
This clinician-led seminar is designed for all caregivers, and may be especially helpful for families of neurodiverse children. In addition to learning practical tools, families will have the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build community. Light refreshments will be provided.

We hope to see you there!
