I can’t believe it is already the last day of school! I have so enjoyed getting to know our families, your students and our amazing staff this year, and am looking forward to a great start to school in September (after a well-deserved summer break)!
Progress Reports
Paper copies were sent home on Wednesday with students, and Progress Reports are expected to be available on the Source in mid-July.
Summer Learning
There are lots of things you can do over the summer to keep kids growing and learning: take your kids to the library, read together, play outside, cooking, make art together, or tell them about family stories.

Students can also access SPS learning apps on a home device over the summer. Students will need to go to the SPS home page and click on the Clever button, then enter their SPS username (the number 1, first and middle initials, last name) and password (DOB). Note that the password may be either month & day (4 digits) or month, day and year (8 digits).

Sept 1 – Teacher assignments for grades 1-5 will be emailed to parents/guardians
Sept 5 – Incoming Kindergarten student only “Kindergarten Connection” session in the morning & Kindergarten parent coffee (more details to be sent to K families!)
Sept 6 – First day for grades 1-5
Sept 6-8 – Family Connection meetings for Kindergarten teachers and families
