Seattle School District’s contract with the teachers’ union, Seattle Education Association (SEA), expired on August 31, 2022. Negotiation on a new contract has been ongoing for months.

If a tentative agreement is not reached by September 7, the start of school will be delayed.
School Lunch
SPS will again charge for school meals this year. The new prices are $2.25 for elementary breakfast and $3.25 for elementary lunch.
We encourage all eligible families to submit a new application for free and reduced-price meals now. The application is available online or you can request a paper copy from the front office.
If not eligible, you can pay with a credit card online at PayPams, www.paypams.com. PayPams require the Student’s ID number or meal account pin number (provided by the school) to create an account.
